Neroli and Lavender essential oils work together in synergy to help relax & calm your thoughts. Patchouli has a harmonising and stabilising effect on the mind when over-worrying tends to destabilise one’s self-confidence, and Sweet Orange oil gives warmth and joy and helps to reduce self-doubt.
