December is a season of contrasts. On one hand, it’s filled with celebration, togetherness, and joy. On the other, it can stir up stress, family dynamics, and unhealed emotions as we reflect on the year gone by. This makes it the perfect time to prioritise emotional well-being and embrace tools that help us release, renew, and find balance.
Australian Bush Flower Essences, combined with practices like heart breathing and the use of the Violet Flame to heal relationships in the moment, and the transformative power of forgiveness will see you joyfully navigating the season with grace and self-compassion.
The Vibrational Healing of Australian Bush Flower Essences

Native to the untouched landscapes of Australia, these essences harness the vibrational energy of flowers to address specific emotional states. Each essence has its own unique properties, offering a gentle, natural way to process emotions and restore harmony.
How They Support You in December:
Stress and Overwhelm: Black-eyed Susan encourages calm and mindfulness, perfect for when Christmas preparations feel overwhelming. This is for the people who can’t stop, always on the go and it teaches us to slow down and be present at this special time.
Family Tensions: Bluebell fosters openness and love, helping to mend frayed connections during family gatherings. This is for people who are subconsciously afraid to express their emotions due to fear of hurt so they become closed.
Letting Go of the Past: Bottlebrush one of the most powerful essences! It supports release and renewal and letting go of old hurts, brushing away the past so you can move forward with serenity and calm.
Physical and Emotional Fatigue: Macrocarpa restores vitality, helping you feel re-energised and gives inner strength and endurance when its required during the season.
By incorporating one of these essences into your daily routine, you can find emotional stability and clarity during this reflective time of year.
The Power of Forgiveness: A Path to Freedom
Forgiveness is the most powerful and profound acts of self-care. It allows us to release the weight of anger, resentment, and pain, freeing our hearts to embrace peace and joy. When you hold onto these emotions the only person it hurts is you. Buried unresolved emotions over time manifest in the body bringing the body into dis-ease. Forgiveness doesn’t mean the other person was right in their actions but done correctly it frees your mind and body of any burden of the memory that is being held onto.
The festive season, often centred around family, can bring old wounds to the surface. This makes December an ideal time to practice forgiveness—whether toward family members, friends, or even yourself.

The Benefits of Forgiveness:
Emotional Freedom: Letting go of grudges lightens your heart and mind.
Physical Relief: The act of forgiving can ease physical tension, as unresolved anger is stored in the body.
Deeper Connections: Forgiveness fosters empathy and understanding, paving the way for stronger relationships.
Forgiveness is a process and often very difficult to let go of but with guidance we release not only the person who wronged us but ourselves of the emotional burden we’ve carried. This process creates space for new energy and intentions as we step into a fresh year.
Breathwork and the Violet Flame: Tools for Release
To support this busy time usually spent with a lot of people, practices like heart breathing and the use of the Violet Flame are invaluable.
Heart Breathing for Bringing us back into the present moment
Intentional breathing techniques help calm the mind, release pent-up emotions, and bring clarity in the moment that its needed. Heart breathing is instant and so easy to do. A few moments of focused breathwork when you feel an intense sudden emotion will ease your fight and flight response and bring you into the present moment. It also:
Releases tension stored in the body and reduces cortisol levels
Promotes mindfulness, helping you stay present during the busy holiday season.
Enhance your capacity to process emotions like grief, anger, overwhelm or anxiety.
Technique
Close your eyes and place your dominant hand on your heart. Take 10 deep breaths with each one getting deeper and slower and visualise in your mind’s eye you breathing through your heart, breath coming into your heart and breath going out of your heart.
This technique will tell your body your are safe, take you out of the fight or flight response your body may be in and take you out of your mind and into your heart space where there can only be love and the present moment.
The Violet Flame
The Violet Flame is a powerful visualisation practice that helps transmute negative energy into the energy of love and protection.
Technique
Close your eyes if safe to do so, if not this can be done with your eyes open. In your mind call in the energy available to help repair relationships. State to the universe you wish to call in ‘St Germain, St Germain, St Germain’ and ‘The Violet Flame, The Violet Flame, The Violet Flame’ and ‘Angels of the Violet Flame, Angels of the Violet Flame, Angels of the Violet Flame’.
Visualise in your minds eye you and your whole body is encased in a Violet flame and the person you are healing a relationship or situation with is also encased in a Violet flame. The Violet flame together with St Germain and the Angels of the Violet flame burn and dissolve any negative feelings bringing resolve to the relationship.
This is instant and can be done in your mind even while talking to someone. Feel all the negativity burn away.
